RUNA’s master’s degree in counseling includes courses, practicum, and educational experiences that offer comprehensive preparation for practice as a counselor in the religious and secular world. After this program students will be equipped to implement theoretical, empirical, and practical frameworks that facilitate client growth and development, as well as introspective awareness and well-being. RUNA’s current priorities in the counseling program are Pastoral and Family Counseling. Students who choose to complete only one year of this program will have the option to earn a Post-Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Counseling.
